The Center operates under the Austin Center for Events (ACE), the city department that manages venue policy, load-in scheduling, and vendor coordination. Camera crews, like all vendors, work within ACE's operational policy — available directly from the venue — which governs everything from booth setup to outside vendor access.
Because the Center hosts back-to-back events across its exhibit halls and ballrooms, camera placement, cable runs, and any elevated or drone shots need sign-off from your event's specific organizer and the venue's event manager — policy can vary by event type (trade show vs. general session vs. gala).
